I. Организационный момент. Целеполагание.
Teacher: Hello, dear friends! I am glad to welcome you at our lesson. How are you? I am glad you are fine. Today we should recollect the grammar material on the next topic: The verb to be in the Present Simple Tense we’ll go on doing some exercises. And you will appreciate your results yourselves. You will have 40 minutes to work. You can choose your level. There are two of them. Card A is for beginners and Card B is for those who continue to study English language.
Card A:
Tests 1 for those who want to get a “3”
Tests 1-2 for those who want to get a “4”
Tests 1-3 for those who want to get a “5”
Card B:
Tests 1 for those who want to get a “3”
Tests 1-3 for those who want to get a “4”
Tests 1-4 for those who want to get a “5”

Only when you finish a task and have no mistakes you can go on to the next task. You can do the tasks in any order.

II. Самостоятельное изучение теоретического материала
Please, study the theory at your sheets of paper and then you will practice it in exercises

III. Работа с разноуровневыми карточками.
If you have any questions raise your hands and I will come up. In many tests you can’t go ahead if you give a wrong answer. Think more carefully and try another variant then.

Изучите самостоятельно грамматический материал по теме «Глагол to be» в настоящем простом времени, обратите особое внимание на формы глагола в единственном и множественном числах.

Глагол to be — быть, находиться. Употребляется в зависимости от лица и числа подлежащего.
